Per Article 3, Section 1 (Election of Directors and Officers), of our Franklin Rotary Club Bylaws:
At the first regular meeting in April, members will vote to approve the president-elect’s nominations for vice president and directors. A nominee must receive a majority of Member votes to be confirmed to the board or as vice president. The vote will be by ballot or by proxy, in the event of absence, only.
Election was held Tuesday, April 2, 2024 with the following nominees being successfully confirmed by the club's general membership.
