WOW- Today was the last day of Applefest 2023! What a busy week/weekend we've had as Rotarians. THANK YOU to all of our members who volunteered (many of you did multiple shifts at both the booth and parking lot)!!

Please mark your calendar and be sure to attend our Tuesday, October 17th, lunch meeting. We'll be welcoming our Rotary District 7280 District Governor John Marshall, and it's always nice to demonstrate our commitment to Service Above Self with a good attendance turnout.
We did it! We pulled off another successful fundraising marathon at Applefest 2023
25 Franklin Rotarians and family members contributed 4 Days, 12 Hours of Volunteer Service Hours with organizing, labeling, setting up, and selling Apple Butter this year!
Thank you to Diane Kemick, for chairing our club's Apple Butter fundraiser. As our second largest annual fundraiser, it takes a lot of work to facilitate the 'event' and Diane did an outstanding job!!
13 Rotarians and family worked in as Parking Attendants in the Galaxy Federal Credit Union lot, serving over 1 Day, 6 Hours of Volunteer Service Hours!

SUCCESS: Apple Butter Labeling!
THANK YOU to all the Rotarians who attended our annual Apple Butter Labeling party this year! We were able to complete the labeling in a record time of 33 minutes! Many hands make light work :) It was a great evening of service and fellowship.

Welcome, Marcella! Our 2023-24 Exchange Student
We had the opportunity to meet and welcome our 2023 Brazilian Exchange Student Marcella at our meeting Tuesday, September 19th! Marcella is attending Franklin High School and has quickly gotten involved in various activities. One of which is, she will be playing a role in this year's school musical! We'll continue to provide updates and additional information on the events she participates in and when/where you're invited to support her!
