Our Franklin Rotary Club Scholarship is awarded annually to high school senior applicants who have demonstrated community involvement and a commitment to Service Above Self in their after graduation endeavors. This Tuesday, we'll be welcoming our 2023 Scholarship Recipient, Ms. Ryleigh Henry, from Franklin High School.
