Franklin Rotary Club's 17th Annual 3rd Grade Dictionary Project took place Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Franklin and Valley Grove Elementary Schools. 188 Dictionaries were distributed this year, bringing the projects grand total dictionaries distributed to 3,724 Dictionaries!
